ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Below you will find the average delivery time for all our orders:
- Once your order has been placed, it takes between 1 and 2 working days to process. On weekdays, processing usually takes only one working day, but if you place your order on a Friday afternoon or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the average delivery time is 7 to 12 working days.

Placing an order
The purchase process at Ciara Galway is designed to be as simple as possible. First, head to the product page and add the desired item to your basket. To do this, click the black "Add to basket" button.
It's important to check that you have selected the correct variants (colour, size, etc.). If everything is correct, click "Complete order".
On the information page, you'll need to enter your contact details correctly. Please make sure all information is accurate. Once filled in, click "Continue to delivery".
On the delivery page, you can check the information you have entered. You will also be informed that all delivery charges are entirely free. As a token of our appreciation, we always cover delivery costs.
Then click "Proceed to payment".
Payment options
On the next page, you can choose between different payment methods. At ciaragalway.com, all payment options are SSL-encrypted, ensuring a secure environment.
Available payment methods:

- Shop Pay
Once you've chosen your payment method, click "Complete order". You will be redirected to the selected payment platform. Follow the instructions to finalise your purchase.

Delivery charges
Delivery is entirely free for all orders. We do not apply any additional delivery charges and do not require a minimum order amount.

In order to offer you fair prices, we group packages together and dispatch them all at the same time as soon as our minimum dispatch quantity is reached. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in building a better and more sustainable world.
Important note: Like many other online shops, we're experiencing a high volume of orders. In addition, delays may occur due to the post-coronavirus crisis situation. Please take this into account when placing your order. However, we'll do our best to dispatch it as soon as possible.
